Why I Screen

This work requires mutual commitment. I'm selective because I want to give my full attention to people who are genuinely ready. And I want to be honest about whether I'm the right guide for your journey.

If it's not a fit, I'll do my best to point you toward resources that might serve you better.

What I Look For

Readiness

You're at a point where you're genuinely ready to examine your patterns and make changes. This isn't about being perfect—it's about being willing.

Stability

You have enough stability in your life to engage in growth work. If you're in acute crisis, therapy or other support may be more appropriate right now.

Resources

You have the time, energy, and financial resources to commit to this work. Coaching requires consistent engagement over months.

Ownership

You're willing to take responsibility for your experience. This isn't about blame—it's about recognizing your agency in creating change.

Patience

You understand that real transformation takes time. You're not looking for quick fixes or magic bullets.

Openness

You're open to exploring new perspectives and trying different approaches, even when they feel uncomfortable.
