The Path Here

I'm Levi. I grew up in Flint, Michigan—a good home within a challenging environment, where I learned early how broken systems shape the people inside them.

At 21, I joined the United States Navy. For 15 years I served as a Tactical Air Controller—leading sailors through humanitarian operations in Haiti, combat deployments in Afghanistan, and high-stakes maritime security across the Asia-Pacific. I know what it means to perform under pressure when lives depend on it.

I also know what happens when you run on empty for too long. By the end, I was burned out. Lost. I had to rebuild from the ground up.

The Rebuilding

At 37, I transitioned out of the Navy and faced the hardest mission of my life: meeting myself again without the uniform. I went back to school. Reclaimed my fitness. Traveled. Learned to rest without guilt.

I discovered that sustainable performance doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from being grounded first.

That clarity is what I bring to this work.

The Journey

2008 – 2023

Military Service

15 years as a Navy Tactical Air Controller. Combat deployments, humanitarian missions, leadership under pressure.

2023 – 2024

Transition & Rebuilding

Left the Navy at 37. Went back to school. Reclaimed fitness, traveled, learned to rest. Did the hard work of meeting myself again.

2024 – Present

Grounded Performance

Now I help others navigate the same terrain. Performance and wellness coaching built from lived experience.

What I Offer Now

Today, I work as a performance and wellness coach, blending fitness coaching with mental and mindset work. My approach integrates:

Building sustainable fitness practices, not punishing routines

Helping you focus your intention and show up with purpose
